following brothers and sisters not to attend the physical meeting unless they have been
fully vaccinated or have recently recovered from an infection from the COVID-19 virus:

  • Anyone that may have underlying health conditions such as heart conditions, cancer, diabetes, COPD, a weakened immune system, pregnancy, etc. (This list is not exhaustive)
Health Safety Standards for in Person Meeting in the Hall

Dear saints, if you or any family member is not feeling well, please, do not come
to the meeting at the hall.
Zoom video meetings will continue to be available for your
participation. Any individual or child with visible signs of respiratory illness (coughing,
sore throat, sneezing, runny nose, fever) or other symptoms of illness, such as diarrhea
or vomiting, will not be permitted to attend the physical meeting. Sick individuals should
not attend the physical meeting at the hall until free of all symptoms for at least seventy-
two hours (72 hrs.) or approximately three (3) days prior to the scheduled gathering.
All adults and children shall practically maintain six feet (6’ ft) of social distancing, except
for immediate family or household members. Upon entering the hall, facial coverings
are required, except when sitting in your designated seating area
. Per CDC regulations, children ages 2 and under are not required to wear masks. These safety standard is similar to what has been in place at dine-in restaurants.
Households will be separated into socially distanced groups that have been arranged at
least six feet apart. Children must remain with parents/household group at all times.
Please, do not move the chairs from their pre-arranged spacing position. Changes in the
position and seating arrangement may only be conducted by the serving ushers.
In order to maintain social distancing, there is a limit of four (4) adults/individuals at a
time per restroom. It is recommended that families with young children use the newly
constructed “Family Restroom.” Young children should be accompanied by an adult or
older responsible sibling.
Regarding other practical matters, the meeting hall will have sanitizer available at
several locations including the meeting hall entrance and in each restroom. High contact
surfaces such as restroom fixtures, doors, handles, and chairs will be sanitized before
and after the meeting. Please do not socialize outside of the arranged group seating
areas while inside the meeting hall; please conduct all socializing outdoors and apart
from the entrance to the meeting hall.
If you have any questions or concerns, please bring them to the attention of the leading

In Him,Respectfully, the responsible brothers in the Church in Fairborn.
